2. Accounts

2.1 Account Registration
To access certain features of our Site as a Client or Contractor, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as necessary to maintain its accuracy.

2.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Services

3.1 Listings and Transactions
Our Site allows Clients to post requirements of Contractors for services. Contractors can view the requirement, send interest, and negotiate with clients to finalize the work order. We are not a party to transactions between Clients and Contractors and do not assume responsibility for the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of items listed by clients.

3.2 Payment and Fees
It will be between the Client & Contractor. We are not involved in dealings. Any disputes related to payment should be directed between the Client & Contractors.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Post, upload, or distribute any illegal, infringing, or harmful content.
• Use the Site to engage in fraudulent activities or any other behavior that is illegal or violates third-party rights.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, servers, or networks.
• Misuse our Site for spamming, phishing, or other deceptive activities.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of Paraspar or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

5.2 Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site solely for business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Site without our express permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paraspar and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or in connection with your use of the Site or any transaction facilitated by the Site.

7. Dispute Resolution

You are solely responsible for your advertisement, post requirement, and communications with other Paraspar members. Paraspar reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other members. We expressly disclaim any responsibility or liability for any transactions or interactions between the members inter-se.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that are, by their nature, intended to survive termination shall remain in effect.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for legal or regulatory reasons. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
